More than 15 years of experience.
After studying business administration, I began my career in the staffing industry and progressed from dispatcher to managing director. I then successfully founded and established my own recruiting and staffing company.
Today I work as a freelance trainer, consultant and coach, supporting companies in the long-term development of their HR, recruiting, sales and leadership structures.
My strength: I know the market from the consultant, company and client perspective – and combine strategic thinking with operational experience.
